Do I have to commit to anything?

No. Asking for a quote is free and carries no obligation.

How does the deposit work?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service fee is due when you sign your agreement. That locks your date, and the balance is due on event day.

How fast will I hear back?

About 60 seconds. Our Instant Quote texts and emails your custom proposal the moment you finish the form - no callback required. A real person follows up within a few hours if you have questions.

What areas do you serve?

All of SWFL. We'll calculate travel based on your venue location.

Can I customize the photo template?

Yes! One custom template is included with up to three rounds of revisions. Just send your design details at least 72 hours before your event. If we don't hear from you, we'll use a clean default design that matches your event type.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, your deposit transfers to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability). Just let us know in writing as soon as possible.

Are you insured? My venue is asking.

Yes, fully insured. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. If your venue needs to be named as additionally insured, we can do that too (a small fee may apply).
